3 clovesgarlic diced
1 tbsppepper
1 tspsalt
1 tsporegano
2 tspchili powder
1/4 tspCayenne pepper
2-3 cupswater

Add all ingredients to saucepan. Cover with water.

Boil covered for 30 minutes.

Boil uncovered for about 1 hour until water is boiled off.
