Ingredients

Mix of baby lettuce or spring mix
cherry tomato
2 tbspDijon mustard
2 tspgrape vinegar
pepper
kosher salt
extra virgin olive oil
yellow raisins
walnuts (optional)

Steps

For the dressing: combine the dijon mustard, grape vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, kosher salt.

Mix it with the lettuce and cherry tomato and sprinkle it with the yellow raisins. You may also add wallnut (which is not available on my pantry at the moment)
