Corn ice cream with caramelised corn

Grind corn and make smooth paste.sieve it so that all the husk is separated

Heat milk in a pan.add corn paste in it and cook on slow fire.when milk is remain 1/3 add sugar and custard

Powder.mix well so there is no lump.keep aside.cool it

Whip the fresh cream and mix in corn custard paste. pour it in freezer box and freeze it till done. chunk in between twice.by doing this ice-cream is soft.

Serve it with caramelized corn
