Ingredients

  • 1 (400 millilitre) cancondensed milk sweetened
  • 2 ½ cupsoats rolled (not instant)
  • 1 cupcoconut shredded
  • 1/2 cupcranberries dried
  • 1/2 cupSultanas
  • 1/4 cupseeds mixed (pumpkin, sunflower)
  • 1/4 cupalmonds chopped
  • 1/2 cuppeanuts natural unsalted

    Preheat the oven to 150°C and line a baking tin with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Warm the condensed milk in a large pan.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, mix together all the other ingredients and then add the warmed condensed milk, using a rubber or wooden spatula to fold and distribute.

  4. 4

    Spread the mixture into the tin and press down with the spatula to even the surface.

  5. 5

    Bake for 1 hour, then remove from the oven and, after about 15 minutes, cut into chunky bars. Let cool completely.
