Wash sago well and soak it over night with little water. The next day morning, all water should have got absorbed by the sago and it will be soft.

In a non stick pan, add oil and add jeera and green chillies fry for 1 minutes. Add the cubed potatoes, little salt and fry for a minute.

Add sago, salt, sugar and peanuts stir well. cover it and keep in medium flame for 4- 5 minutes, until transparent and soft add coriander leaves

Give it a stir and squeeze the lemon and mix well. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and potato chips. Serve hot.
