Flatbread

Had something like this during some training for work (learning GE Monogram kitchen appliances. Lost the recipe, but found this one at a baking exchange. Looks almost exactly the same from what I recall. Hmmm.

Steps
- 1
I use my bread machine adding all of the dry ingredients during slow mix portion then quickly add milk, melted butter and eggs until combined.
OR
Use mixer with dough hook following the same process if you don't have a bread machine.
- 2
Add enough water Tbsp by Tbsp to form a dough that incorporates all of the dry ingredients and just starts to stick.
- 3
Allow it to rise and punch down.
- 4
Divide dough into 3-4 oz portions, cover and let it rise again.
- 5
STRETCH, don't roll, into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- 6
Brush with butter and season. Try salt and freshly ground pepper or grated Parmesan.
- 7
Bake at 400 degrees until brown about 10 minutes.
