Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgchicken Boneless -
  • 4 teaspoonsmasala Kashmiri paste -
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala -
  • 4 teaspoonsTomato ketchup -
  • 1 teaspoonsugar Granulated -
  • 3 tablespoonsVegetable oil -
  • 3 tablespoonsGinger garlic paste -
  • 1 tablespoonLemon juice -

Steps

  1. 1

    To make the marinade, mix the masala paste, tomato ketchup, garam masala, salt and sugar. Rub the chicken pieces with the marinade and refrigerate it for almost 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Bring it room temperature before cooking. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger garlic paste until golden brown. Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is tender.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the chicken with the lemon juice.
