Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 1large head of lettuce
  2. 4-5dried prunes
  3. 4-5dried figs
  4. 100 grgraviera (Greek traditional cheese)
  5. For the sauce
  6. 1 1/2 tbsphoney
  7. 3 tbspoil
  8. 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the lettuce well and cut it.

  2. 2

    Cut the fruits into pieces.

  3. 3

    Cut the graviera into bite-sized pieces.

  4. 4

    Season lightly with salt.

  5. 5

    Blend all the ingredients for the sauce.

  6. 6

    Place all the ingredients in a bowl, pour the sauce over them and the salat is ready!
