4-5 servings

1large head of lettuce
4-5dried prunes
4-5dried figs
100 grgraviera (Greek traditional cheese)
For the sauce
1 1/2 tbsphoney
3 tbspoil
1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar

Steps

Wash the lettuce well and cut it.
2

Cut the fruits into pieces.
3

Cut the graviera into bite-sized pieces.
4

Season lightly with salt.
5

Blend all the ingredients for the sauce.
6

Place all the ingredients in a bowl, pour the sauce over them and the salat is ready!
