  • 200 gmsCottage cheese paneer Fresh / [ Cut in cubes of equal size . ...
  • 2tomatoes . [Medium size]
  • 2 - 3green chillies .. .
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste . .
  • 1 - 2 tbspsYogurt Thick . .
  • 1Onion . Large .
  • 3 tbspsFresh cream [Or carton cream] .
  • 1 tspJeera . ..
  • 1 tspGaram Masala . .
  • pinchturmeric .
  • to tasteSalt .
  • 1 - 2 tbspsmethi fenugreek Kasoori [ Dried leaves . ...
  • 2 tbspsGhee . ..
  • 2butter blobs of .

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a paste of onions, green chillies, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and yogurt.

  2. 2

    In a pan, heat the ghee and add the jeera.

  3. 3

    Once it changes color, add the puree and cook it until the fat comes on top.

  4. 4

    Add a blob of butter and add the salt, turmeric and red chilly powder if needed.

  5. 5

    Now add the paneer and let it be coated in the masala.

  6. 6

    Add the cream and stir well.

  7. 7

    Cover and let it simmer for 3-4 min on a medium flame.

  8. 8

    Dry Roast the kasoori methi in a pan and add to the dish.

  9. 9

    Serve with roti/naan/chapati.

  10. 10

    Add the final blob of butter on top.
