Ingredients

  • 200 mlCurd
  • 100 mlWater
  • 1 teaspoonCumin
  • 1 teaspoonRock Salt
  • 1 teaspoonGarlic Dry
  • 1 teaspoonCoriander paste
  • 1/4 teaspoonGreen Chilli Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoonBlack Pepper
  • 3 - 4Mint-leaves
  • 1 teaspoonCumin Powder
  • 4 - 5Coriander -leaves
  • 4 - 5Mint-leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack Pepper
  • 1Cardamom -large
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1Lemon
  • 1Mango Raw
  • 1 teaspoonTamarind Paste
  • Boondi -for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and whisk to form a frothy drink.Garnish with mint and lemon.You can make a sweeter version of it by simply mixing curd with sugar,rose water and top with some dry fruits.

    Mix all the above ingredients in a jar, use a stirrer.Garnish with fresh mint and lemon slice.You can add Raw Mango pulp or Tamarind to above for more tanginess.
