Ingredients

  1. 1banana, peeled
  2. 85 ggranola
  3. 100 gself raiaing flour
  4. pinchbaking powder
  5. 45 gmaple syrup or honey
  6. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  7. 40 gunsalted butter, melted
  8. pinchcinnamon
  9. 13 gvanilla whey protein powder (optional)

Steps

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. 2

    Mash banana with a fork or in a blender.

  3. 3

    Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until combined.

  4. 4

    Shape into 7 bars onto larhe baking tray lined with baking paper.

  5. 5

    They maybe be slightly sticky. This is okay. If they're too soft to shape into a bar simply add a little more flour. Too shape simply get a large metal spoon. Scoop desired amount and put onto tray and sgape with the spoon.

  6. 6

    Bake for 15-20 minutes or untol golden.

  7. 7

    Allow to cool for 5 mina before transferring onto a cooling rack.

  8. 8

    Store in a air tight container in the cupboard
