  1. 1 bunchOng Choy (Chinese water spinach)
  2. 1 bunch or packageMaitake mushrooms (or any mushrooms of your choice)
  3. 1 to 1.5 TablespoonsOyster Sauce
  4. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  5. salt & pepper
  6. sesame oil

  1. 1

    Chop Ong Choy into 1.5 - 2 inches long. Break mushrooms into smaller pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ong choy and mushrooms and stir-fry them quickly.
