Steps

Put the meat in a sufuria over heat.Add a 1 cup of water that will enable it to cook till tender. When the water is diminished add oil to the meat and stir.

Then add the onions. Let it cook for a few minutes and add tomatoes. Let it cook till it mixed well.

Remove from heat and cook the Kales. You can steam the kales or wet fry

Then cook Ugali using the white flour. Serve hot with beef
