Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1/2 headIceberg lettuce
  2. 1thick slice of ham
  3. 7 ozaged mimolette cheese (about 200 grams)
  4. 1 handfulhazelnuts
  5. a fewcapers
  6. 2 tablespoonsaioli

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the lettuce into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Cut the ham into cubes.

  3. 3

    Shave the mimolette cheese into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.

  4. 4

    Crush the hazelnuts with the flat side of a large knife.

  5. 5

    Combine everything in a large bowl, gently mix with the aioli and capers, then refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
