Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 2sliced bread
  3. 1 piecefresh tomatoes
  4. salt to test
  5. 1/2tea spoon of pepper
  6. sliced cabbage
  7. tea spoon of olive oil
  8. 1/2bulb of onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Place a dry frying pan on fire,allow to dry then add the olive oil

  2. 2

    Add sliced onions,fresh tomatoes,salt and pepper allow to fry for a min then add the egg stir immediately.

  3. 3

    Then add sliced cucumber and stir.

  4. 4

    Ready to eat with bread. So yummy
