Meringue
I had an extra egg white, so I decided to make meringues!
Steps

Let the egg white sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before making your meringue.

Add a pinch of salt to the egg white. Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the granulated sugar, followed by the powdered sugar, a little at a time.

Bake for 1 hour at 210°F (100°C).
