Ingredients

  • 1egg white
  • 2 tablespoonsgranulated sugar (30 grams)
  • 1/4 cuppowdered sugar (30 grams)
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Let the egg white sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before making your meringue.

  2. 2

    Add a pinch of salt to the egg white. Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the granulated sugar, followed by the powdered sugar, a little at a time.

  3. 3

    Bake for 1 hour at 210°F (100°C).
