Prepare your ingredients e.g. Onions, tomatoes and green paper.

In a cooking pot add cooking oil

Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown

Add tomatoes and green paper.

Add 4 cups of water and leave it boil then add your fish.

Add the royco cubes and salt and cook for 10 minutes. Serve while hot with rice or ugali.
