If you're a crunch-aholic, or just like a quick snack, this recipe is perfect for you! It's quick and simple to make, cheap, and healthy!

Pre-heat oven to 350F

Separate tender part of kale leaves from from the rough center stem. Discard rough stems.

Chop tender leaves into large chunks
- 4
Line baking sheet with foil. Put kale chunks on baking sheet. Lightly drizzle kale with olive oil. Sprinkle kale with garlic powder (very small amount) and salt to taste. Mix all ingredients on baking sheet by hand until kale is evenly coated with oil and seasoning.

Bake kale in oven for 15-18 minutes or until crispy
