I was surfing through cookpad thinking of what to prepare for the afternoon when i bumped into Amah Davidson's Okro Soup and since i had goat meat lying in my fridge i decided to go for it

Heat up goat meat spice with salt, pepper and royco; allow it cook till its tender, remove excess water and set aside

Add palm oil after 2 minutes add pepper, onions, salt, royco cube, crayfish and smoked fish stir continously for about 5 minutes so it does not get burnt
- 3
Stir in the grated okro and simmer for about 5 minutes and keep checking it continously to avoid burning as well; finally add meat stock if you wish and then add ugu leaf, turn off heat after 2 minutes.
