Ingredients

  1. 2.5plate of rice
  2. 1bok choy, cut into 4 cm
  3. 2 clovesminced garlic
  4. 130 gramsliced beef
  5. 1egg
  6. 2teablespoon of sesame oil
  7. 2 tablespoonsalt soy sauce
  8. 1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the sesame oil

  2. 2

    Add minced garlic. Stir for 5-10 seconds

  3. 3

    Crack the egg. Add into the pan. Beat it on the pan.

  4. 4

    Add sliced beef. Stir untill the beef cooked well and soft.

  5. 5

    Add the bok choy. Wait for 30-40 seconds

  6. 6

    Add the rice. Stir for 30 seconds.

  7. 7

    Add the salt soy sauce. Stir until it mixed well.

  8. 8

    Add the salt. Stir again until it mixed well.
