Ingredients

10 minutes
4 people
  • 2 cupsboiled Njahi
  • 3 pcsGrated carrots
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tablespooncrushed ginger
  • 1/2 tablespooncrushed garlic
  • 1/2 glasswater
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 bunchchopped dhania
  • 2 tablespooncooking oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add cooking and Onions in a sufuria, fry till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add ginger and garlic mix well

  3. 3

    Add carrots, tomatoes, dhania and salt. Cook till tomatoes forms a soft paste

  4. 4

    Add njahi steam for around 5 minutes as you add water and let it boil.

  5. 5

    Ready to serve while hot
