Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1/2 kgGoat meat
  • 2Fresh Tomatoes diced
  • 2Fresh Pepper diced
  • 1bulb onions diced
  • 1cksp of Olive Oil for frying the goat and cooking it
  • 1Small Ginger root crushed
  • 2gloves of Garlic crushed
  • to tasteSalt
  • Seasoning

Steps

    Wash and dice goat meat and season to your taste, parboil and allow it get soft then turn off the heat

  2. 2

    In a frying pan, add olive oil and once its hot start frying your goat meat, once you are done set aside

  3. 3

    Reduce the oil and add onion after a minute add tomatoes and pepper and fry for about 5 minutes making sure its fried through, add ginger and garlic

  4. 4

    Once you are done, add salt and seasoning and stir in the fried goat meat and mix in; Simmer for five minutes on low heat then turn off the heat once you are done

  5. 5

    Then serve with rice, pasta or yam, i decided to enjoy mine alone with a glass of red wine
