Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 1 1/10 poundsbeef, finely chopped (steak or ground)
  2. 1 1/10 poundspork (ground)
  3. 5 1/3 ounceschorizo
  4. 3 1/2 ouncesbacon
  5. 4hot dog sausages, sliced
  6. 1onion, finely chopped
  7. 2tomatoes, chopped
  8. 1 clovegarlic
  9. salt
  10. pepper
  11. Corn tortillas
  12. Oil or lard

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry the onion and garlic in oil or lard until translucent, then add the bacon, chorizo, and sausages and fry.

  2. 2

    Add the beef and cook until medium, then add the pork and cook until almost done.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper to taste, and let it cook until the tomatoes are fully cooked. Serve.
