Ingredients

1.1 lbsground kofta (beef or lamb)
1/2 cupchopped parsley (about 15 grams)
1 cupbulgur (about 170 grams)
Salt
Olive oil
Spices (such as allspice, cumin, or your preferred blend)

Mix all the ingredients together.

Shape the mixture into finger-sized logs.

Place them on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil on top.

Bake for 30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
