#Bandhan Hey friends! Here is my version of eggless caramel custard. Made usuing fresh curd, milk and I have added nuts to give it a crunch.

#Bandhan Hey friends! Here is my version of eggless caramel custard. Made usuing fresh curd, milk and I have added nuts to give it a crunch.
Steps

Mix hung curd, milk and condensed milk and beat it well.

Now add cornflour, essence and chopped nuts. And mix it well and keep it aside.

Now in a pan add sugar and water hand heat it till sugar gets caramalized

Grease the pudding mould and pour in the caramel.

Allow the caramel to set and now pour in the hung curd mix.

Now you can steam it in pressure cooker (remove the whistle) or microwave it or even you can use Idli cooker to steam the pudding.

If using microwave then bake it at 140 deg cel. for 10 minutes. If using pressure cooker and removing the whistle steam it for 15 minutes.

Now after 5 minutes de-mould the pudding and dig in right away !!
