Steps

Wash rice severally in hot water

Add the tomato and pepper sauce

Chop your onions and add to it

Add ur onga, curry, knoll and salt to teaste

Add water just a little above the rice and stir properly

Then place over medium heat and leave to cook.

Check for desired softness and if needed, add little water.

Leave it to dry and then turn of your cooker

Wash and Slice ur carrots and green pepper in little cubes

Fry in little olive oil/ groundnut oil/butter with half a cube of knoll

Mix the fried veggies with your jellof rice and u would have my result. Enjoy
