Pumpkin Chapati
The yellow colour of the Chapati comes from the pumpkin.
Steps

For boil your pumpkin until soft then mash into a fine paste

Add your flour into your mashed pumpkin. Add salt and sugar.

Add water and mix until a nice solid dough is formed.

Add cooking oil then mix will. Leave your dough to rest for at least 30mims.

Cut your dough into a hand size ball that will form your chapati.

Spread some flour on a flat surface then using a rolling pin spread into a nice round dough to form your chapati.

Preheat your heavy thick pan, spread some cooking oil then place your chapati dough on the hot pan.

When the bottom side is cooked turn and cook the other side. Spread some oil after turning.

Pack in a paper bag to keep them moist and hot.

Serve with your favourite stews or tea.
