Wash your ice fish, put in a clean pot put in some little ingredients to taste boil for 5 minutes,

Remove the fish get another clean pot put in fire,pour your Palm oil chopped onion and pepper pour in the oil

Get your ice fish add to the pepper and onions in put.you then add up your other ingredients.

Starr for 10 minutes and it's ready to be consume,

Normally eating with white rice and boil yam.
