This is super simple. Put the mango chutney, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salad oil, and cayenne pepper in a blender and blend until it is smooth.

Cook pasta according to the instructions.

Cook and cut the chicken

Chop the parsley, onions, and spinach.

Put pasta, chicken, spinach, green onions, parsley, and sesame seeds in a large bowl.

Pour the dressing over everything in the bowl and mix.

Cover the bowl and put in the fridge for at least one hour. I would recommend longer to let the flavors mingle.
