Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupMango chutney
  2. 3/8 cupWhite wine vinegar
  3. 1/4 cuplite soy sauce
  4. 1 tspsesame oil
  5. 1/4 cupsugar
  6. 1/2 cupsalad oil
  7. pinchcayenne pepper
  8. 2/3 lbsfusilli pasta
  9. 2 cupsdiced cooked chicken
  10. 1 1/3 cupchopped spinach
  11. 1/3 bunchgreen onions
  12. 1/3 cupfinely chopped parsley​
  13. 3 tbsptoasted sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    This is super simple. Put the mango chutney, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salad oil, and cayenne pepper in a blender and blend until it is smooth.

    Cook pasta according to the instructions.

  3. 3

    Cook and cut the chicken

  4. 4

    Chop the parsley, onions, and spinach.

  5. 5

    Put pasta, chicken, spinach, green onions, parsley, and sesame seeds in a large bowl.

  6. 6

    Pour the dressing over everything in the bowl and mix.

  7. 7

    Cover the bowl and put in the fridge for at least one hour. I would recommend longer to let the flavors mingle.
