  1. 300 gramskavourmas
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 4eggs
  4. salt
  5. pepper
  6. paprika
  7. olive oil for frying
  8. sunflower oil for frying

  1. 1

    After frying the potatoes, drain the oil, add the kavourmas to the pan, and stir to soften.

  2. 2

    Once softened, turn off the heat, add the eggs, potatoes, paprika, season with salt and pepper, stir, and it's ready!
