Steps

Pour the milk, egg, melted butter, sugar in a bowl and whisk.

Add the yeast and whisk again.

In a different bowl, add your flour and a pinch of salt and mix.

Pour the milk mixture into the flour and mix.

Knead it until it doesn't stick to your fingers. Place the dough in a bowl and cover until it becomes double in size.

In another bowl mix sugar and cinnamon.

Place the dough on a flat surface and roll it into a rectangular shape. The thickness should be up to half an inch.

Brush with melted butter. And sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top and roll

Cut it to the same size. Place on a casserole. Cover and allow to double in size.

Place in the oven until it turns golden brown.

Pour your filling. I used chocolate fillings for mine.
