Ek pot me pani boil karein usme carrot and cabbage dale or 2 minutes me pani drain kar ke nikal le,Now cabbage,carrot,cream/malai,pepper powder,rai powder,salt,sugar add kar ke mix karein and thnda hone rhke.

Now square shape de sides me capsicum chopp kar ke lgaye or apne according decorate karein.
