Steps

Heat oil in a pan.add cumin seed and saute on a medium flames for 30 seconds.

Add the onion, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, chopped tomatoes and cook on a medium flame for 5 to 8 minutes.

Add the bhindi, Salt, garam masala powder and sugar and cook over a medium flames till the bhindi is tender.

Mix well and serve hot with roti or parathas.
