Ab oil garam kar k hing zeera hari mirch kari patte daale kaate hue patod daale masale (namak mirch haldi dhaniya powder) mix karein. 5-6 min main masale mix hone par gas off karein

Raita k liye curd main patod daale then sada namak,kala namak, zeera powder,aur thoda sa pudina powder mix karein.thanda serve karein.
