  11. Curry leaves
  12. 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala

  1. 1

    Besan msin namak mirch haldi aur water mix karein

    Ab is ghol ko laga tar chalate hue pakaye

  3. 3

    8-10 min main is ki consistency thick hone lagegi

    Use continue chalate hue pakaye aur chk karein ki jab is ko thoda sa thali main falaye to thanda hote hi wo papdi ki tarah utar jaye

  5. 5

    Jab wo papdi ki tarah utarne lage tab gas band kar k batter ho thali main ekdum patla failaye

    15-20 min main wo jam jayega. Ab knife se use cut laga kar utar le

  7. 7

    Ab oil garam kar k hing zeera hari mirch kari patte daale kaate hue patod daale masale (namak mirch haldi dhaniya powder) mix karein. 5-6 min main masale mix hone par gas off karein

    Raita k liye curd main patod daale then sada namak,kala namak, zeera powder,aur thoda sa pudina powder mix karein.thanda serve karein.
