Semolina halva

Halva (semolina pudding), easy, fast and very delicious!

In a pot, toast the semolina in the oil until it gets light golden brown (together with the walnuts or almonds).

Boil the water with the honey and sugar for about 10 minutes and then add them to the pot.

Stir well until it thickens.

Let it sit for 10 minutes in the pot covered it with a tea towel.

Place it in a cake mold or individual bowls and serve.
