Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and put it in a bowl. Add the eggs, yogurt and a bit of pepper.

Butter 2 sheets of filo pastry,

Place one on top of the other and spread a little bit of the cheese mixture at the narrow end of the sheet.

Wrap into a roll and place in the baking tray. Do the same with the rest of the sheets.

Bake at 180 until golden brown.
