Boil the diced meat and a half a teaspoon of salt to it and a teaspoon of cooking oil. On a separate pan boil the peas. Pour the meat to a separate bowl and boiled peas on another bowl.

Pour 3 tablespoons of cooking oil to a separate pan and add the diced onions and then stir until it turns brown then add the crushed or diced garlic cloves followed by the diced green bell peppers. Finally add the tomatoes stir and then add the two tablespoons of Royco to the mixture.

After three minutes of stirring add the boiled peas. and stir it for two minutes then add the boiled meat and continue stirring for five minutes and then serve along with Rice, chapati or Ugali.
