Ingredients

1 hr 30 mins

  • 1/2chicken chopped into parts
  • 3 cupspishori rice
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • 2tomatoes
  • Tomato puree
  • 1capsicum
  • 1onion
  • 2royco cubes

Steps

1 hr 30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil the chicken with salt till soft for around 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Drain the water then add onions with oil then add tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add tomato puree. Stir then add capsicum and royco cubes. Cook for some minutes then set aside.

  4. 4

    Cook your rice then serve with chicken
