Soak chana dal and chana over night

Cooker me water,chana dal,chana aur salt dal kar chana aur chanadal ko.boil karein

Pan me oil dale fir add karein jeera,teezpata aur chopped onion pink hone tak cook karein

Add karein ginger garlic paste aur sab dry masale ambchur ko chor kar

Fir add karein chopped tomato lid laga kar cook hone de

Fir ready masale ko achhe se mix karein aur oil chorne tak.bune

Fir add karein boiled chana and chana dal mix well

Fir ambchur dale aur mix karein

Mix all above ingredients and mix well

Make tikki from ready mixture and shallow fry till crispy

In plate take ready patice and pour hot readu chola fir upper chopped onion and greenchutney dale
