Steps

Wash your rice and boil for 5mins.

Wash and sliced your pepper onion maggi and salt.

Get a clean pot place on heat add oil onion maggi salt and pepper immediately for 3mins.

Add your dry fish, okpehe, crayfish and little water to boil for 5mins.

Add rice and Nchanwu leaf(scent).

Okpehe rice is so so lovely.
