  • 1 bunchbananas
  • to tasteSalt

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Put the bananas in the sufuria and salt and water.

  2. 2

    Put in the jiko and cook for 20 minutes while tightly covered.

  3. 3

    Boil until soft and ready to be eaten. You can remove the covers and mash then serve.
