Ingredients

  • 1 cupMaida
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • 2 tspGhee
  • 1 pinchjalebi colour
  • 1/2 cupsour curd
  • as neededWater to make batter
  • Ghee for deep fry
  • 1 cupsugar for syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients and make smooth batter pouring consistency

  2. 2

    Take jalebi maker pour batter and make jalebi in hot ghee

  3. 3

    Fry bothsides till crisp

  4. 4

    Make sugar syrup take 1cup sugar and 2cup water boil till 2 strings constituency ready keep aside

  5. 5

    Add jalebi into this syrup and take out..

  6. 6

    Yummy crispy jalebi ready to serve..
