1/2 cupsour curd

1 cupsugar for syrup

Steps

Mix all above ingredients and make smooth batter pouring consistency

Take jalebi maker pour batter and make jalebi in hot ghee

Fry bothsides till crisp

Make sugar syrup take 1cup sugar and 2cup water boil till 2 strings constituency ready keep aside

Add jalebi into this syrup and take out..
