Sneaky macaroni cheese
With hidden veges. Serving for 2 adults and 1 toddler.
Steps

Cut the vege of your choice into small pieces. Boil it until soft.

Use the vege water to boil pasta, save some to blend the vege with. When pasta reaches al dente, drain and run under cold water.

Blend the vege until smooth. Drain excess water.

Chop onion, bacon and mushrooms.

Heat oil in a pan on high heat.

Throw in onion and stir until turn translucent.

Add bacon and stir.

Lower the temperature to medium. Add veges and mushrooms.

Cook until mushrooms is cooked.

Add a mozzarella and cheddar cheese and flour. Stir well.

If you want to bake the macaroni, put everything into a baking tray, cover with parmesan and bake at 180 degree C until the top turns golden.

If you want to serve as is, put pasta and parmesan in with the sauce, mix well and serve.

For picky toddler, scoop 1/4 cup of sauce into a blender and blend well. Mix the blended sauce with pasta and serve.
