  • 2courgette
  • 2carrots
  • 1green paper
  • Dhania
  • 1onion
  • 1large tomatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespooncooking oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Dice all the vegetables together

  2. 2

    Heat the pan with cooking oil

  3. 3

    Add onions then allow it to cook until soft but not brown

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes then allow them to soften

  5. 5

    Add the mixture of vegetables then fry them for a minutes

  6. 6

    Add pepper for preference

  7. 7

    Serve with rice
