1 cupurad dal
1 cuprice
4sabut lal mirch
In pinch hing
To tastered chilli
To tastesalt
6,8kali garlic
1/2 spooncumin seeds
1green chilli

Steps

Take one pressure cooker add some oil & heat it,, sabut lal mirch, cumin seeds, green chilli & garlic.

Take the water, dal, rice & salt to taste & close the pressure cooker & 2 wsile

Take out the mixture in a plate when it get cold

Now, ready to eat with garlic chatne
