Ingredients

  • 1 cupGram flour
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 2 cupWater
  • 1 pinchTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 spoonGinger paste
  • 1/2small spoon Salt (or as per taste)
  • 1 tablespoonOil
  • 1small spoon Black mustard seed
  • 2finely cut Green chili
  • Coriander – finely cut
  • 1 tspCoconut (grated optional)
  • leavesfew Curry

    Combine the besan,curd,water salt and turmaric powder and Ginger paste in a microwave safe bowl and whisk well so that no lumps remain.

    Microwave on high for 3 minutes.remove mix well and microwave on high for 2 more minutes.again remove mix well and microwave again on high 2 more minutes.

  3. 3

    Spread the cooked batter on the back of a greased thali to a very thin circle, while its still hot.Cool and cut into strips and roll them neatly.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in small pan and add the mustard seeds.When seeds crackle, add curry leaves, green chillies and saute for 10 seconds.

  5. 5

    Spread them over the khandvi and garnish with coconut and coriander.Serve with chutney.
