cook box of stuffing following directions on box

cut raw chicken breast into bite size chunks and line the bottom of 9 x13 casserole dish

mix cream of chicken, mixed vegs., and sour cream in a bowl. place this mixture over the chicken

put cooked stuffin on top

bake @ 400°F for 30 mins or until chicken is done

*you could also add a cup of shredded cheese in step 3
