16 ozBroccoli (fresh or frozen)
1 1/2 cup2% Milk
2 1/2 tbspFlour
3/4 cupLow-fat Cheddar Cheese
1 tspDijon Mustard
3/4 tspSalt

Cook broccoli until crisp/tender.

Drain broccoli, return to sauce pan.

In a small sauce pan whisk flour into milk. Bring to a boil, constantly whisking. Once mixture thickens remove from heat.

Add cheese, mix until smooth.

Stir in mustard & salt.

Pour cheese over broccoli. Mix until evenly coated.

Serving size is approx 1 cup.

i dont eat broccoli but i made this for my boyfriend n he said he liked it but the cheese sauce came out too watery :( but hey, he said it was good! lol
